Maggie Anne had her first bout of diarrhea last night. She screamed for me as she always does when she finishes up, but this time she was upset. She told me that she had a problem . . . that she had messed up. I asked her what it was and she said, "I came in here to poop and THAT happened!"
I comforted her and she was fine with it. When I got her at school tonight, she exclaimed, "Mama! I don't have the water poops anymore!"
I just have to shake my head at her and wonder how long before I don't have to clean bottoms anymore.

I've always had the habit of picking stuff up off the floor using my toes. I have to rethink this now because Maggie Anne just picked up a gummy snack with her toes and proceeded to eat it.
First time I've ever seen her pick up something with her toes. Of course it happened so fast and in slow motion at the same time. I was unable to do anything about it. Just watch in horror.

Dalton lost his 4th tooth today. We were getting ready for the Tooth Fairy at bedtime and Maggie Anne was hanging out with us. She told me that she knows where the Tooth Fairy lives. I asked her where and she told me somewhere up in the sky because the fairy uses her wings to fly. If she has to walk somewhere, she gets really sad. She's only happy when she is flying. :-)

Maggie Anne has developed this habit of using the term "Of course!" when answering in the affirmative.
Do you want some milk? Of course!
Are you ready to take a bath? Of course!
Are you hungry? Of course!
Well, tonight at bedtime, I had gone back to the kitchen when Maggie Anne ran down the hall to tell me that Jessie was mad and was throwing all the stuff out of her crib.
Being silly, I asked her if we should spank her.
Her response . . . Of course!

Jessie Anne is in that whimpering pick-me-up-at-all-times phase. We don't always have the option to pick her up. This morning Dalton hollered, "No! You can't let Jessie cry! The house will fall down! I saw it on a commercial."
We can't figure out what commercial he was talking about, but it was funny anyway.
