20-Minute (Mickey) Meatloaf

I've made this recipe since I was a kid. Usually they are just shaped into patties, but I felt Mickey inspired tonight and branched out.

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Mix together the following:

1 lb hamburger (tonight's recipe is with ground turkey)
1/2 teaspoon salt
Pepper
Tony's seasoning
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup tomato sauce

Form into your patties and put in a baking dish.

Bake for 15 minutes and you get these. While baking, mix up the following for the awesome sauce:

Rest of the small can tomato sauce
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons parsley
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (I just now realized that I totally left this out of my sauce tonight!)

Pour sauce over the patties then bake for another 5 minutes. Here's how tonight's turned out.

Who would have thought I would be such a sucker for matching dresses. Helps when my models are so darn cute!

Jessie Anne has caught on to her big sister's fist bumping habit. What Jessie does not realize is that if the receiver is not ready to bump, she's just punching them.

Found this on my phone. Selfie taken by Maggie when she was playing with my phone.

Maggie Anne was telling me that Ree is my friend. I told her that Ree is also my mom.

Maggie shouted "What!?!"

I told her yes and asked a common question in our house, "Are you new here?"

"YES! I AM new here!"
I'm posting this to hold onto until Maggie Anne is a teenager. She wanted me to give her her Happy Meal toy on the way home tonight. When I couldn't give it to her because I was driving, she told me that she didn't love me anymore. I want to remind her of that when she "hates" me as a teenager.

Maggie Anne had her 4-year-old checkup this morning. She is perfect in every way.

She had tried to talk her way out of shots all the way up there. She said at one point that she would agree to getting shots if they would keep her from barfing for a year. She had to go get her hearing and vision checked after she saw the doctor, and I think she thought she was in the clear.

When the nurses came in to do the shots, I let her keep watching a show on my phone. Of course they hurt and she was really, really mad. We left with her hollering at me, "I TOLD you that I didn't want any shots!"
